Summertime is right around the corner.  We’re getting heated salt-water pool ready with Josh Holland’s CiRCUIT fitness classes, designed exclusively for Letter9’ers.

Packed with moves perfect for busy students on-the-go, classes are designed to use minimal gym equipment, body weight exercises, & key cardio intervals for tailored results in 50 minutes.

This Month in CiRCUIT

Check out Josh Holland’s custom at-home workout of the month.  No gym membership required. In case you missed the classes, you can still get fit on your own.  Be sure to warm up and stretch before jumping in, and after to cool down.
