Total Body Fitness + Training Program
Endorphins, go. This high-intensity, heart-pumping, total-body circuit workout was designed exclusively for the Letter9 community by celebrity trainer Josh Holland. Updated constantly with fresh routines you can recreate outside the gym, the 1-hour classes happen three nights a week. Wellness and nutrition tips are also shared. All levels of athletes welcome, from couch potatoes to Olympians.
5x a week schedule:
- Tues 6pm & 7pm
- Wed 6pm
- Thurs 6pm & 7pm
Class is a great 50 minute workout using mostly bodyweight exercises, some high intensity intervals. High energy environment.
