Total Body Fitness + Training Program
Endorphins, go. This high-intensity, heart-pumping, total-body circuit workout was designed exclusively for the Letter9 community by celebrity trainer Josh Holland. Updated constantly with fresh routines you can recreate outside the gym, the 1-hour classes meet three nights a week. Get in a high energy, 50 minute workout using mostly body weight exercises and some high intensity intervals. Wellness and nutrition tips are also shared. All levels of athletes welcome, from couch potatoes to Olympians.
